What the 2 Year Unconditional Warranty means

The Apollo warranty* offers you the ultimate peace of mind.`Buy any Apollo Aspire 4G or Apollo Alnac 4G Passenger vehicle tyre and if the tyre is damaged solely due to the Included Items within 2 years from the date of purchase, you will only pay for the tread used.

Included Items

  • Irreparable punctures
  • Tyre damaged due to impact
  • Cuts from foreign objects

Excluded Items

  • Non Operational Damages
  • Misapplication of tyre
  • Tyre abuse
  • Incorrect Fitting, wheel balancing, improper repair
  • Rapid wear caused by mechanical irregularities in the vehicle caused by wheel alignment.
  • Vandalism, any consequential cost (fitting, balancing)
  • Apollo branded tyres not nominated in warranty

Activate your warranty:

Step 1: Buy any Apollo Aspire 4G or Apollo Alnac 4G passenger tyres
Step 2: Supply the Tyres & More® store assistant with the appropriate details to ensure that Tyres & More® will auto register your purchase with Apollo Tyres.

You can verify that you are registered for the Warranty by visiting the Tyres & More® website on www.tyresandmore.com

Click on Unconditional Warranty banner on the Warranties screen and input your vehicle registration number to confirm that you are registered.

Step 3: You can download the full warranty terms and conditions on the respective websites.

Claiming the warranty:

Step 1: Take your vehicle & original invoice back to any Tyres & More® store nationwide. The physical damaged tyre also needs to be presented for inspection
Step 2: The store will lodge the processed claim on your behalf to Apollo Tyres Africa
Step 3: The Tyres & More® representative will assess the claim while you wait and authorise the claim based on the specified claim criteria on behalf of Apollo Tyres

  • Claim will be handled on the remaining tread depth of the tyre once the claim is approved by the Tyres & More® representative.
  • All additional fitting and service charges will be for the consumers account, and must be paid directly to the chosen fitment store.
  • Apollo will reimburse the store directly with the value of the claim paid to you. Your Claim will be awarded as a credit towards the purchase of a new Apollo Tyre, and is not transferable for cash or credit to an account
