Tyres & More® Offers New Yokohama Mileage Warranty to Customers

The chain’s practice of delivering more automotive products and better brands at less of the price, with more service and at a faster pace, has been turning strangers into loyal TYRES & MORE® customers for a good few years. Now the company’s introduction of Yokohama’s new mileage warranty for tyres, promises to deliver even more to a customer base that is already satisfied to the point of being glutted.

The new Yokohama Mileage Warranty is free to all customers who buy any two or more tyres from four different models in Yokohama’s environmentally friendly BluEarth range. This includes the AE01 and AE50 passenger tyres, whose mileage is warrantied to 70 000kms, and the Geolandar G055 and G056 SUV tyres, whose mileage is warrantied to 100 000kms.

More Easy, Less Complicated
Nobody likes to navigate warranties that are as complicated as trying to explain cricket to a foreigner, so Yokohama has kept its warranty delightfully simple. Each tyre, of the models covered, is guaranteed to reach a specific mileage, within a period of five years from the date of purchase. If it doesn’t, Yokohama will promptly supply a credit based on the remaining tread percentage. This credit will be automatically applied towards the customer’s purchase of the same or similar replacement Yokohama tyres at TYRES & MORE®.

Some, but not much, housekeeping is required to ensure the claim remains valid – customers must keep their original invoice and properly maintain the tyres to prevent uneven or premature wear, and keep records and invoices for this maintenance, which includes rotating, balancing and setting the alignment of tyres every 8 000 to 10 000 kms at TYRES & MORE®.

It’s a super simple warranty and the terms are even simpler. To read the full warranty details along with terms and conditions, ask a customer service representative in-store or check it out online here.

TYRES & MORE® ‘s launch of the Yokohama Mileage Warranty affirms its commitment to delivering on its ‘more’ promise. In this instance, more of the promised mileage and less of the frustration, and more peace of mind and less worry.
